Terms of sale

What we sell

10ml.online sells decants: quantities of perfume transferred from an original bottle into a 2, 5 or 10 ml glass vial.

We are not an authorised reseller for the houses whose perfumes we decant, and we do not claim to be. House and perfume names are used to identify the source product, which the law permits.

Every source bottle is bought at retail or from a distributor. We sell no refills, no clones and no imitations.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in dirhams, all taxes included. They can change at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Shipping is 35 MAD, free from 500 MAD.

Payment is cash on delivery only, after you open and check the parcel.

Ordering and confirmation

An order placed on the site is a request, not yet a sale. We call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse an order, in particular after repeated refusals of parcels on delivery.

Storing the product

A decant keeps like a bottle: away from light, heat and temperature swings. Stored properly it lasts years.

We are not liable for a fragrance altered by unsuitable storage after delivery.
